What the research on oral probiotics shows
Several small clinical trials have tested probiotics, especially L. reuteri, for gum inflammation (gingivitis). A 2020 review that pooled ten placebo-controlled trials found the overall evidence weak. When the L. reuteri studies were looked at on their own, the improvement in gum and plaque scores was not statistically significant. Other reviewers have pointed out that many of these trials are small and have quality problems.
In short, oral probiotics are a reasonable thing to try alongside good habits. They are not a proven treatment for gum disease.
Marketing claims we disagree with
- "Toothpaste and mouthwash are toxic." Dentists recommend brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Don't stop because of a supplement ad.
- "Made in an FDA-approved facility." The FDA doesn't approve supplement factories. Facilities can be FDA-registered or inspected, which is different.
- Very large "original" prices. The crossed-out totals on the order page are much higher than what anyone pays. Judge the real price.
What customers say about refunds
Online reviews include complaints about slow or difficult refunds. To protect yourself, buy only from the official page, keep your ClickBank order number, and request any refund within the guarantee period through clkbank.com.
What we liked

- Simple to take (one chewable a day)
- One-time purchase options; 60-day guarantee
What to watch out for
- Evidence for gum benefits is modest and mixed
- Expensive compared with other probiotic products
- Sales page includes claims we consider misleading
- Some customers report refund friction
Who should check with a dentist first
Bleeding gums, loose teeth, pain or persistent bad breath can be signs of gum disease that needs professional care. People with a weakened immune system should ask a doctor before taking any probiotic.
